It is agreed that during the BERMUDA DAY celebrations the above-named organizations participation in the event shall be committed to attend and operate a given stall on 24th May 2011. A non-refundable registration fee is payable to the Corporation of Hamilton and must be paid at the same time of signing of this contract, for which a receipt will be issued. FEES: City Hall Car Park $150 - includes a 10’ x 10’ tented space. ALL other locations are $75 for 2 car bays (or 10’ x 10’) of un-tented space.
